Well I guess the bankers are just lying to him then. This is a used double wide already set on a lot, ready to be moved into. Current owner has it financed by the same bank that it saying this law prohibits them from financing it. Current owner is living in it now. What ever the reason they are saying it is a new federal law, and the fellow they spoke to says it is going to get much worse so he is retiring. I am just going by what this man told my wife and son. Yes getting a new one financed may be easier.
