No. But if the artificial knee that was installed failed because of a defect if I am part of the class action lawsuit I might $50. If I go after them myself for my actual and measurable damages the knee will be replaced.
As for the defect garden hose or lawn mower who cares? I'd rather break up the class action than let some schyster lawyer make millions while the people that actually suffered the loss get pennies.
