Govts and churches come up with regulations and notions.
As they get bigger, the people coming up with these policies and regulations tend to become more educated, less practical knowledge. More and more they occupy desk space, but never actually saw or participated in anything they are overseeing.
I know I get notions and ideas on stuff I read about; and my thoughts are woefully lacking in any reality!
At least I don't carry any weight with my thoughts....
But, we end up with people like me trying to run things. From a desk.
And so, both the big govt, and the big church, become bound up and unproductive, and they spit out horrid, bad things.
