I grew up in south eastern Wisconsin in an area that had lots of dairy farms that has since grown into lots if houses. I do remember having days off of school when the wind chills got down to 40 or so below so the temps were somewhere below zero. I don't want my kids out there on a broken down bus on a bitter cold day it's just not smart when it can wait till the next day.
