That cold weather has a lot of things closed down today. Banks, Post Office, Court House even the Social Security Offices and Farm Service Agency is closed today. I think Martin made the call today. Honestly I would not want to be the person who makes that call to close the schools. It is the Superintendent of the school district here locally that makes the call at about 4:am and if he calls school it will turn out a nice day and if he doesn't the blizzard will hit. I can't imagine the feeling if a child were to be hit by a school bus sliding on the ice.
