I substitute teach. My assignment got cancelled last evening. Would have to have made two trips between buildings. Right now temp is single digits, wind chill well below zero. Not disappointed they bagged it. Think about kids standing out waiting for bus in inadequate clothing. Rural roads are a sheet of ice. Not safe for busses, they're a pig on ice. About all the schools around cancelled. I agree with their decision. Remember a couple years back a couple playground aides got frost bitten lungs. 'Nuff said.
Just got in from feeding out 6 bales of hay to sheep. Going to wait until I have feeling in hands and ears before I start carrying warm water.
