It would have to be beat up bad for that price to be right. That price is $4-6K low for on in good shape with MFWD and a loader. Looked it up on Tractorhouse and noticed they have ZERO pictures of it up. So I would bet it does not look too good.
Go look at it in person and if it is not beat too bad then it is a good price for what your getting.
