Just finished putting a new loader on my compact tractor. Brand new everything never had oil in it. Of course had to cycle it a bunch of times to get the air out but it finally settled in and works correctly. Book says arm lift time from bottom to top is 6 seconds and we're about 6.2 so I'm thinking my flowrate (about 5 gpm) is correct. But there is a noise like a chirp in the joystick valve when under load. Otherwise quiet in neutral. I noticed the oil was foamy probably from the first run, so I'm hoping it will quit the noise once the oil gets the air out of it. This is first new loader I've ever owned, is that normal? Of course it got down to -7 last might and the shop was in the 30's this morning, so the oil was cold.
