It often seems to be a scammer when they do not mention your item by name or description.
On the other hand an over night worker could be in zombie mode, ran across your ad, and is trying to communicate with you without waking you up with a phone call an 4:00am.
I would be careful but might be worth one follow up, if they can't mention what it is they are looking for by name or any sort of 'my agent...' Is in their communication then drop it like a hot potato......
