plow hand, A single layer of glass has an R rating of one. When the glass temp is below dew point, you will have condensation, just like the condensation people battle with uninsulated metal roofs.
Solution, better windows or lower humidity. You can lower humidity with a dehumidifier or trying exhausting some humid air and bring in cold outside air. Try a fan too.
Those who don't believe that 37 degree air at 100% humidity when warmed up to 86 degrees will become 20%. So bring in outside air and dry out the room.
BTW, if your heater is 1500w, that's equivalent to a 6 ft baseboard heater. Two heaters = 12 ft. George
