You first need to purge the humid air out of the room. Without sufficient ventilation, it will be impossible to keep single-pane glass clear. If you put a cheap humidity meter in your control room, I'll bet it will register around 70 percent humidity, and you need to get it down below 30 percent.
I'd start by adding an exhaust fan and an inlet for cold air. Even if the humidity outside is high, the relative humidity of the incoming air will drop significantly when it warms up. Of course, the room will be a lot colder, but you can always add a bigger heater. As a side benefit, you'll be more comfortable in the drier air.
