And if it hurts farmers in other countries that is not of any concern to US, only that country and their farmers. Just the bottom line. Do we share a border? Sure! Have we always been on friendly terms? Not at all. The last really big issue was Canada harboring draft dodgers during US combat in Viet Nam instead of turning them back at the border so they could be inducted or tried under US law. Now don't get me wrong. I don't think we should have been in Viet Nam. But that doesn't mean that I think someone should run and hide nor that an allegedly friendly country should harbor those fleeing justice.
