The glass will fog up (condensate)as long as the inside glass surface is colder than the dew point inside, as someone else suggested single pane uninsulated glass will be very hard to keep warm enough on the inside surface to keep it clear. Beyond what has already been suggested a dehumidifier may help get rid of the moisture that is condensating on the glass and keep it clear.
