Our 2630 struggled to start until new injectors and a rebuild upped the compression. Then it would fire right up down to zero. I still used the block heater, cold oil makes anything harder to start. My 5400 has one of those canister water heaters, seems to work very well. The 2355N has a manifold heater only, will start when really cold, but needs to run to warm all the fluids
