You can still buy a heck of a nice house kit there with drywall,cupboards and all for less than $23,000. I remember being down at Losey's Oliver in Springport one time and Chris's dad told me that one of their pole barns came from there.
I won a 219 pound pumpkin there one time in their "Guess the weight" contest. I guessed 217.
They don't have the inventory that they once had though. They used to carry carpet,appliances,the whole works,but Menards and others have made them cut back on some of that stuff. They gave me some of their old carpet racks when they got out of selling that. They were home made out of some pretty serious lumber. I think there's still some 2x10s around here from those.
