Well , don't know about your wife but i can tell you about mine . She is the worst driver i think anybody could find . And she has had several cars that were totally helpless in snow till i made some changes . 1973 Plymoth Scamp . it did not like snow till i added two H-70-14 Goodyear Custom polyglass snow tires with studs and two 150 I H wheel weights in the trunk . Next was a 1975 Merc. Cougar it even had a posi rear and it was helpless till we put the tire off the Scamp on it along with the two wheel weights . it would even come up this drive before we moved here . When we bought the 03 Dodge Durango vqary first thing with it was a set of GOOD Winter tires for the winter months not them stupid all seasons something with some BITE to them and she knows how to turn the KNOB and when to turn the KNOB . This drive can really drift big time and she has never gotten stuck with the Durango even when the back bumper is playen snow plow to get turned around and push snow with the ft. bumper going down the drive and busten thru the snow bank left by the plow . I may have to clean the grill out but that thing just goes as long as it has good tires on it for the job at hand. But with Alseasons on it you have problems with six inches of snow .
