I think BTO is more of an attitude. Today I was sitting in the doctors office. There were 2 farmers talking, one of them I know and he is a good guy that farms several thousand acres. I've never seen the other guy but in 10 minutes I knew how much he farmed, what kind of equipment, storage on the farm, number of employees..........He was bragging to a guy that was twice the operator.
