At least 3 times now in the late 5 months or so, a small car has gone down our road late at night with a yellow flashing strobe going. In the summer I passed it off as our county mosquito control. The next time was during a terrible windstorm and I thought maybe it was something to do with the power company. Sat night about 12:30 am it goes by again kinda slow and I'm almost sure its the same car. Since I work nights I usually stay up late on the weekends so I was up. What the heck is it? This is in rural mid-Michigan. Is it tinfoil hat time?
