And, pray tell, why does one need all of this insurance? Or are you just trying in your own way to tell the guy that he cannot use his tire changer??? Or trying to control the actions of others? Do yourself a favor and drop the insurance talk. It is NONE of your business.
I have not ever heard of even ONE liability claim arising over changing a tire at home on a formerly commercial machine.
