My 05 v-10 has 118,000 miles and runs great. I've had it nearly 2 years now. It will pull anything you can hook to it, but it is different from the diesels as you will need to get used to a bit higher rpms. I know of many of them with seversl hundred thousand trouble free miles on them. The early years are the ones that needed the manifolds and studs replaced, but I think it was in 2000 or 01 that they went to stainless studs and ended that problem and fixed the spark plug problem too.
