Just exchanged 2 tanks last week for the grill $20 bucks a pop the local hardware store gets $15 to fill em. The only reason I exchanged them is 2 of my tanks were out of date over 12 years old and the hardware store wouldn't fill them as I was out this fall and went to get one filled and after I paid for a fill the guy said it was too old so I went inside and bought a new tank for $35 bucks plus the fill for $15 the tanks I just got don't seem as heavy but have a new date of 10-2015 I do think they were lighter than the hardware store filled tanks but I did not weigh them now I will go to them to fill them for the next 12 years
