it sure seems like all the politicians worry about is penny ante crapola and the big problems are left to fester or get worse. Several cities in California are on the verge of bankruptcy due to the unchecked growth of government and running business's off due to regulation and taxation but those city officials will be concentrating on meddling in people's lives such as laws to prohibit people from smoking in their own homes or passing ordinances to forward every ridiculous form of political correctness. The national leaders blather about nonsensical fantasies such as "climate change" while approximately 2/5 of the worlds population known as Muslims do their best to come up with ways to kill American citizens and crush the U.S. economy to wreck havoc. I guess today's so called leaders just don't have it in them to tackle the real issues or they would just much rather enjoy the trappings of power and throw a few ones at the others to stay in power.
