I have found the problem you are having is usually caused by a worn valve not having enough clearance. As it warms up it will not close an than the engine will not run on that side until it cools back down.
The double output coils usually fire both on compression and exhaust so if it was bad you would usually not run at all.
All of this is a mot point if the miss moves form one side to the other. Then it is usually a fuel issue but most of the time it is usually missing on one cylinder on the ones I usually work on.
