First off does it have water in any cylinder??? Why is it stuck has it been sitting a long time or does it have a problem with diesel in the oil?? Lack of info makes it hard to make it so we can help you help your self. If it was a gas engine I would say fill the cylinder with ATF if they do not have water in them. If it was a diesel I would say fill the cylinder with a 50/50 mix of ATF and turpentine. So fill in the gap in your info please
