Posted earlier about power issues to the wheels (warming up to get them to turn)-- and it led to thinking about torque converter problems... Found out that the torque converter had little to no fluids in it as we inspected further... Filled to the max mark. Found out why there were no fluids.
The fluid is coming out the starter.
So, we are now trying to find the solenoid "plunger" (which has been discontinued from the sites we looked on)...

This is for a "Delco Remy Starter 1107516"
We found all the other gaskets that we need, its just this one we need to find...
Also, as long as I am bothering people--
Can't find anything that tells me what marks on the torque tube dipstick means (hot or cold reading? Low mark? Fill to the top mark?)-- there are 3 lines in all.
