I bought a bicycle off ebay and the Idiot seller shipped the entire bicycle in a UPS bike box, minus the wheels.
He said there was not enough room for 29" wheels and shipped them by USPS.
Got the bike a few days later and there was plenty of room left for wheels. The wheels tracking showed the wheels delivered in Arizona--next day?? I am in Alabama.
I contacted seller and he said he didn't know where the wheels were and for me to trace them through USPS???
I did and USPS said they were returned to shipper because of insufficient postage.
I then contacted the seller and he stated he would not comment on shipping anymore for me to just wait!
I opened a dispute with ebay resolution and they changed his mind . LOL
Bike frame shipping took 5 days and wheels took 12!!!
I gave him a Neutral ( Now wish I had left Negative) and stated--"Seller created problems, blamed shipper!"
