Bad/rude drivers, including the ones who don't know what turn signal is and if they bump it by accident have to take their car in because they have a flashing light on their dash.
People who block isles in stores.
People who don't control their kids in a store or other public place.

People who abuse their kids of wife.
People who cry about others paying their fair share of taxes when they haven't paid a dime in years.
