Ann Landers and Abigail Van Buren. The wife of a guy that I worked with wrote one of them and the letter got published. One day I'm at work and reading the paper and for whatever reason read the column. This lady writes in and says that here husband got this large breed puppy (Labrador)and he works all of the time and the dog grew into a huge brute and terrorizes their four daughters and is knocking stuff down and all kinds of other bad stuff, and what is she supposed to do. I read that and think, no way, but that has got to be my buddy Ray. I go to see Ray, walk into his office and stand there laughing as he sitting at his desk looking at me. "Ray, you're not going to believe this' I open the story and show it to him, "If I didn't know any better, that's got to be you and your dog Jackson". He opened his desk, pulls out an envelope and pulls out a letter with this big special official Ann Landers or Dear Abby seal. It was Ray.
