Well, I have to admit I have put on 3kgs. in the last 2 months. I'm reasonably active, but, my legs are giving me trouble and I can't walk the 2kms. per day I'm used to. Should probly let off a couple of beverages per day, maybe that will help. Hate not being able to walk enough to work up a light sweat. Age done creeped up - dag nab it !
