On Monday woke up to no water pressure and lots of gushing sounds from the basement. 4 inches of water as the floor drain had plugged up from debris flowing to the drain. Got the water shut off and it all drained and dried out. Put the water heater in that night. Always something. But got it fixed for my land lord and she decided singer I took care of it to just call it even for Decembers rent.
