In order to disable that key fob from working with that truck, you can have it re-flashed at the dealer. You may have to buy a new keyless entry module.
The security system on that should consist of a PATS module, a RAP module, and a keyless entry module. In addition, it will have a transceiver module at the key entry point. The PCM (powertrain control module - or computer if you prefer) has to be flashed to recognize and communicate with all of those modules.
PATS is Passive Anti-Theft System RAP is Remote Access Personality Keyless Entry is as the name implies.
