About 15 years ago, I bought some property that adjoined the back of my property. It had and Old house on it. before I decided what to do with it, our church approached me about renting it to a young couple with husband not working and wife part time minimum wage job. Her parents would pay the rent.Rented to them until I could decide whether to fix it up or tear ir down. Went there one day to get something out of the barn and there were 10 marijuana plants in large pots on the porch. Call the police and they arrested him. Next day he was out on bail. He paid it himself. He couldn't pay the rent, but he had cash for bail. I gave him notice to evacuate and the donated the house to the local volunteer fire dept. to partice on
