Hobo,NC Sorry I'm a bad influence. I have rental properties and the little guy is great for working in yards and in gravel pit. Yes, there are a few times I wish I had a big boy, but 14k in a yard would creat another problem, rutts. The T5C is only 3100# and only 4 ft wide. If all the hoses are not cracked, no oil leaks, tires good, engine doesn't smoke, low hours, been greases and no slop in front end, buckets or boom, I would take $5k and a trailer with me. I would offer him less, but check out prices on ebay. These little guys are built to last if taken care of. I've seen some on ebay and craigs that say 1500 hrs and new engine. I think Kohlers is the only gas engine on a terramite. The T7 and T9 are diesel, maybe Kubotas. Very expensive models. BTW, grandkid and woman can operate them too. Geo
