How much do you know about this company? Call the and ask them if they've delivered any buildings to anyone lately. If they say they have, ask them for the phone numbers of their customers so you can talk to them. I'll tell you what, 2 yrs is way too long. Years ago I had a couple of co-workers that ordered a bunch of parts from J.C. Whitney. They waited months and months. Never got anything out of J.C. Whitney because they were cashing the checks coming in while they were getting their papers ready for bankruptcy. A few years back a company did the same thing with some Skystream wind generators in the area. They filed bankruptcy and burned a bunch of people. There's one of those Skystream's setting just south of the Nebraska State Fairgrounds in Grand Island. Unless they finished it in the last couple years, it has never ran. I'd be checking out that building companies financials.... Tom
