According to JD parts schematic sump screen(parts key 15) is accessed on RH side by trans filter. I agree the sump screen should be checked before operating tractor any more. Also be sure filter relief valve in parts photo below isn't stuck open. JD utility tractors with hyd hi-lo & hyd ind pto have a history of supply tube or tube seal failures. What type valve controls loader? If an ind valve it's possible if it's the convertible type that CC plug seal has blown.
