Hmm? I'm taking part in a project that upgrades the USPS network, which includes the CISCo routers. CISCo uses the USPS to ship the very expensive, critical routers to the sites, and then I use USPS to ship the old routers back to CISCo. I haven't had a problem yet.
"They told her she'd have to send it UPS or FedEx,said they wouldn't accept it if she sent it US Postal Service". Hmm? Did they then send the FedEx or UPS pickup tags or email them to her so that she could print them...at their expense? Happens all the time, so if they did, good enough. Did they though? If not, they'd get the thing back AND accept it, guaranteed, because I doubt very seriously there was any such mention in her warranty or when she purchased it.
