As already mentioned, remove the two screw timing cover, turn engine until the retainer mark aligns with the cam ring. Then remove the pump assembly. There are two dots that should be lined up when going back together, one on the shaft end drive tang and one inside the rotor drive groove. Pump can be installed 1/2 turn out of time if marks are not used correctly. I've seen some where the dots didn't align as the engine was assembled wrong, and instead of correcting the problem the shaft was installed wrong to correct the mistake.
