I maybe wrong but I think good ground will hold its value .good operators will still be able to make money. But also in our area we have had a lot of very marginal ground put in production and where you have to dodge boulders and ground is steeper then a roof. I wonder if the government will end up paying to get that ground back out of production unfortunately a lot of dirt will be gone and it won't even make poor pasture. We also have a lot of marginal operators that are running on uncle sugar money plus grandpa's money if you eliminate those poor operators and poor land I think things will balance out. I'm offered the highest rent in the area but instead of the cash I did a trade and built the ground up when the prices were good and my land is built up and would still make good money with the right operator
