I should add something about the chocolate Labradork I used to have. He was a car chaser when he was young but I got him pretty well broke of it. Sometimes if the grandkids were playing in the lawn he would still go after a passing car but I think in his mind he was protecting the kids. His main problem was he just wasn't very smart and was hit at least twice just crossing the lonely gravel road I live on and run over by a wagon tire once. That one cost us $1000 to set a broken leg. Worst money I have ever spent but I couldn't put him down just for being dumb. LOL
