Picked up this Disc last night. A fried of my dads (and mine I suppose) has been using it on about 7 acres, once every 4 years for 15 or 20 years! So, it has had minimal use in the past few years...
It is a J.I. Case for sure, I have spotted the "Eagle" on a few of the cast parts, and the coloring sure does give it away too!
What I am confused on though, is the gear box!? I have NEVER heard of, or seen a disc like this, with a gear box?
From what I can tell, it must open and close the disc, and then the handle on the front must change the angle at which the disc opens to, or the "aggressiveness" of the cut? Right?
