We have had 2 pipelines put into the same right of way in the last 10 years. The local impact was pretty minimal, like you said, guys from down south, they stayed in local hotels for a couple of weeks, then they were gone. One local business guy, he rented a property to them to store pipe and other matieral. That lasted maybe 3 months.
