Our local blue tractor/NH dealer must be related to yours. They purchased the business 5 or 6 years ago and made everyone fill out a credit application and there is a different partsperson every time I'm in there, and about the only thing they stock is shear bolts and belts for the harvester. On the other hand, I did a parts run today to the Deere dealer and the Agco dealer. I barely spend a couple hundred bucks a year at either place, yet was greeted by my first name by staff, spoke about the weather and crops at both places, got what I needed and left feeling that everything is OK in the world. But, then, today is 'random act of kindness day' and maybe I was on the receiving end....!
