Not quite. I wouldn't travel each of the two isles twice. Once up, across the top, and back down the other isle. I've only ever been in Target once. Needed a memory card. No more Targets here. Talk about a miserable failure. I think most people thought they might actually step the competition up a bit, but they came in and charged the same as everyone else. Walmart did essentially the same thing, but they came to a completely different market, and were generally well accepted and have done VERY well here. When I first heard Target was coming, I was excited because I thought it would bring competition to the market, and given time, it likely would have. They started off on the wrong foot, with the wrong attitude and paid a very steep price for it.
