: What do you to help at a pull! I've heard everything but what works? Raise or lower tire pressure. Raise or lower the hitch. What are the secrets of life? adjust tire pressure to track conditions, the harder the track the more pressure you want. note there is know way for us tell you what pressure to run do to the fact almost everyones tire pressure gauge reads different in low psi. as your weight classes go up your tire presssure goes up. i feel that pulling is a game of leverage. always make the weight bracket so the weights sit out as far as possible on the front end and rearend, you will have to check with the pulls rules in your area for that. i never put any weight in the center of the tractor or use wheel weights unless the rear or front weight bracket is full of weights and the tractor is balanced the reason behind this is you get more from your weights its kind of like why we have thos long pry bars you get more leverage. balanced is when your tractors front end just varley touches the ground, that is what you need to be a winner. good luck and if you need any other advise let us know.
