A guy Do your buckets use the same quick attach.. I have a kx 121=3 with Kubota quick attach buckets. I bought a set of plates and used them to mount my hydraulic post hold digger. Twice as fast a mounted on the loader of the tractor and lot easier to put the hole where man wants it. I may try your splitter ideal. My next project was to be a hydraulic driven chain saw for the boom of the excavator/
