I pulled the truck out today and dumped the last of that one field. It was 140 bushels. It's the heaviest 140 bushels I have had - and that's at a moisture of 7.9. I had to laugh when I looked at that picture of the interior. The yellow sticker on the dash is the one they put on in 58. Something about checking the rear lug nuts when the truck has 500 miles on it. I can't believe someone bored in the field didn't start picking at that in the last decades.
I'm sure I'll be able to get you some more field pictures. My seed dealer came out and certified three fields so those will get binned at home for them to come get later. It will probably make runs to the auger since I have put a chute on the rear gate.
I had to add oil today. The rear rope seal is really leaking a lot. I would usually do something like that, but the last time I was under there everything had quite a layer of grease on it. I don't need to trash another set of impossibly greasy clothes.
