So this is a PC200LC serial number A81176 if he has it right this time. I will conform it my self this afternoon and maybe even get a few pictures of things. #1 The plan if to switch the cables on the solenoid just to make sure it does not have a true battery side and starter side. #2 get it started and then take a reading on the batteries and make sure I am getting say 25 or so volts so I then know the alternator is charging. #3 what else should I check to see why it does not start up like it should??? Not leaving to go to it till say around 1:30pm so if any of you have ideas of things to check please let me know. Thanks
