Like said just add some then raise it. When you are done you will need to bleed the air out or it will be jumpy as it goes up from the air being compressed. It will also not be starving your pump when you get the air out. Currently it is doing just that since the oil is low. The oil is only starving it at the top of the stroke. The bleeder might only be an allen type screw.
