I recently acquired my first tractor, a Ferguson TO-30 which had been not been used for some time. I got it running (with much help), but now it only turns over about a half turn when trying to start it. This happens when it's been setting for days or if it has been run. Battery is good! It tested 100%. Occasionally it will start, but if you let it die, even after running for an extended time, it acts like it has a dead battery. Any suggestions as to what went wrong? It did not do this early in the process of getting it running.
