I have recently obtained a 1951 8N. It has a Freeman front loader attached. I have little tractor experience, but we have gotten the tractor running.m I had the cylinders repaired, but my bucket will not move up or down. The arms move up and down fine, but if I try to scoop or dump, the bucket "kicks" or tries to move, but nothing happens. I am assuming something may be plugged in the control valve? I really don't know.
When I had the cylinders repaired the cost of labor was incredibly high so I am hoping to have an idea of what is wrong before taking another item to them for repair.
Any suggestions of what may be wrong and how I could fix it?
